We were approached by a new Business Centre in the West Midlands, they were looking for a telephony system, internet access and data security for the whole centre.

They have 2 large, 2 medium and 3 smaller offices and a meeting room, plus larger offices to be used for temporary hot desking.

We proposed, implemented and installed;

• Flood wiring the whole business centre using Cat5E copper cable – around 3000 meters


• Installed two racks, 1 for switches & routers and one for the servers they were going to use


• Installed 3 new physical phone lines (1 Data, 1 Voip & 1 for redundancy)


• Installed a Windows domain controller and file server


• Implemented security on all the business centre PC's


• Installed UPS backups on all critical systems


• Multiple phones in every office, each office having at least 1 direct dial number, on failure to answer the calls will (if required) be forwarded to either A) the business centre receptionist, where she will answer as the company the call was meant for or B) another number (even mobiles) or C) an answer phone where the message will then be sent via an email attachment to an email address, accessible as a wav file from any smart phone.
