Time of Day Features
Specify how you want calls to be treated depending on the date, day of the week or the hour of the day. When you are closed you may wish to tell your callers when you opening hours are.
Route Caller by calling phone number
If you have a customer whom you wish to give special treatment to, it is possible to check where a call originated and deal with that call in a different manner. If the caller withholds their number it is also possible to test for that and again route it in a different manner
Blacklist
If you have a caller that is abusive to your staff it is possible to block that number and give call treatment to that call in any number of ways, leave it ringing, deliver it to a voicemail or forward it to an external number.
